Ingredients

  • 4green chilli
  • 15garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsturmeric powder
  • 1/2 bowlcurd
  • 1 bowlgram flour
  • Pinchasafoetida
  • 3dry red chilli
  • 1/2 tbscumin seeds
  • as neededMusterd oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a garlic and green chilli in jar now make a fine paste

    Now take a bowl add gram flour, half tbs turmeric powder, garlic green chilli paste,salt as par taste and some little water make a flowing batter

    Now heat the wok add oil heated properly then drop in small pieces now deep fry on medium flame becomes golden

    Now remove the plate

    Now in a bowl add 3and half tbs gram flour, half tbs turmeric powder, garlic and green chilli paste and add some water mix properly make a better without any lumps

    Again heat the frying pan take 2 tbs mustard oil then add cumin, dry red chilli powder tempered it now add prepared mixture stir continuously on low flame for 8 min

    Then add fried bunda and curd and salt ur taste mix properly

    Now cook for 5 min on lower flame

    Now remove the flame now ready to serve it
