Cooking Instructions

In a bowl,Sift flour and add sugar,nutmeg,salt,yeast,butter and rub in together

Add egg a water.Using both hands,mix together and kneeed for about 10-15 minutes to for a ball dough

Cover using leather and allow to rise for 30 mins in a warm place

Use hands and kneed for 1-2 minutes again.Use rolling in and flatten until abt ½ inch thick

Use cutter and cut into shape

Arrange into tray with dusted flour or rubbed butter and allow to double in size for 30 mins

Heat oil until very hot and change the heat to medium heat
- 8
Fry until golden brown.serve and enjoy

I didn't want to just do something predictable like chocolate chip cookies, so I thought about the other sweets that I enjoy. And I thought about the State Fair and mini donuts popped in my mind.
