Ingredients

  • 1large sweet potato (peel and diced)
  • 200 mlmilk coconut
  • 5 tbspsugar
  • Pinchsalt
  • Pinchvanilla powder
  • 2screwpine / pandan leaves
  • 300 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil sweet potato and water until sweet potato half cooked.

  2. 2

    Add milk coconut, salt, sugar, screwpine leaf, and vanilla powder. Boil until cooked.

  3. 3

    You can eat when the soup is warm or you can add some ice cube if you like cool soup.
