Take a nonstick pan and add milk and ghee and mix it well. now add milk powder too and mix it well.now put on the flame and heat it for 5 min till it thickens. keep stirring it regularly

Put off the flame and let it cool for 5 min

Take a small kadhai and add water and dissolve sugar in it and keep it on medium to low flame

Take a tissue paper put some ghee and rotate it in the side walls of bowl. add gulab jal, elaichi powder and kesar leaves and keep stirring it till sugar is fully dissolved and the solution is sticky and oily

Take the batter of gulabjamun when it is hot and add maida,baking powder and water and mix it well and mash it on flat surface.

Now divide dough it in small parts and give shapes, try to make small round shapes by rolling on flat surface and try to avoid all cracks

Take a pan and put oil and heat it and when it is slightly hot add gulabjamun balls and keep stirring it and fry the balls till dark brown.

When balls are fried keep adding them in warm chasni for 2 to 3 hours.

Gulab jamun are ready to be served
