1chooped capsicum

First soaked Sama rice soaked 1 hour.

Then take a mixer jar add Sama rice and curd mix well.

Then add salt, red chilli, green chilli, tomato, capsicum mix well.

Then spread oil in appam stand and pour the better cook 3 min in low flame
