Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupSooji
  2. Gramflour-1cup
  3. 1 cupCurd
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  6. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 1 tbspLemon juice
  8. 1/4 cupWater
  9. 1 tspEno salt
  10. for salsa
  11. 1 tbspChopped capsicum
  12. 1 tbspOnion chopped
  13. 1 tbspChopped tomatoes
  14. 1/2 tbspChopped green chilli
  15. 1 tbspChopped coriander leaves
  16. 1/2 tspSoya sauce
  17. 1 tspRed chilli sauce
  18. 1 tspSugar
  19. 1 tspVinegar
  20. 2 tbspTomato ketchup
  21. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    For salsa- mix.all veggies in a blender or food processor and pulse until just chunky now add,soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, green chilli, tomato ketchup, corrinder leaves and salt and mix well

    Take curd and water in a bowl.add salt,sugar and turmeric powder mix them together.now add garam flour,rava and make in to a smooth batter leave it to sit for 10mins

    After 10minutes add ginger garlic paste,and lemon juice and mix well

    Now just before you steam add in the eno fruit sait and mix and mix.pour it immediately in the grease tray and put in to the steamer

    Steam it for 15-20mins or till a tooth pick inserted comes out clean now 20mins remove the dhokla from the steamer and set aside

  6. 6

    Now pour this salsa on the top of the dhokla

    Dhokla-e-salsa is now ready to serve
