Steps

In a bowl mix milk, sugar, vanilla flavor and water all together to form a thick milk dough. Take 1 tbs of the milk mix and shape it with hands like ball. Place on a plate to finish all.

After all set oil in a pan and place it on a medium heat to become hot then transfer the milk balls into the pan and stir a little for all the sides to become golden brown in color, then drain and let it cool then serve.
