Steps

Take a mixing bowl. Add curd and sooji in it and mix in one direction. Add water to make batter.

The batter should not be very thick and not very liquid. Now add salt, sugar, 1 tsp refine oil and ginger-green chilli paste in it.

Mix it in one direction only for 2-3 mins and keep it for 15 mins.

Till then grease the dhokla mould and after 15 mins check the consistency of batter. If required add water.

Now switch on the gas and let the water boil keep a stand in the vessel. Now just before pouring the batter in the greased pan add 1 sachet of eno and mix it properly.

Now add batter in the greased pan and steam it for 15 mins. Check after 15 mins if required you can cook it for few more mins. Once done, keep it aside to cool. Now make tadka. Put some oil and add rai to it then add green chillies and curry leaves. Once done spread it over dhokla. Finally cut the dhokla in pcs and serve with green chutney.
