Steps

Cut spring onions white parts into 2 inches, cut the green parts thinly. Separate them.

In a big pot, add oil and the white part of spring onions cook until browny.

Add tomatoes in, do not stir fry them yet until they are cooked for a while.

Add hot water in and cook for another 10 mins.

Add pork (optional)

Add eggs in and do not stir too much, wait for the eggs to form.

Once done, add spring onions on top.
