First in a cooker add potatoes and water as ur required closed the lid turn on the flame cook pressure up to 3 wistles now switch off flame let's cool remove the plate

Heat the frying pan add some cooking oil then add cumin crinkle it now add chopped green chilli, ginger stir it

Now add dabeli msala stir it few seconds then add sugar,,mashed potatoes mix properly

Now add turmind water, chopped green coriander leaf mix properly on lower flame

Now remove the bowl now add rosted pea nuts, pomegranates, gratedcoconut, chopped onion mix well keep it a side

Now in a bowl take semolina now add baking soda, salt as par taste mix well now add curd and some little water mix properly now rest for 30 min

Now add some little water as ur required consistency then add half tbs eno powder mix well

Now heat the steemar grees the oil then put on prepared mixture steem for 10 min on lower flame

Now switch off the flame and remove the plate (by completing this process make two base from it)

Now take a first base then spread dabeli mixture now sprinkle some chopped coriander leaf, pomegranate & gratedcoconut now again put on second base now again spread dabeli mixture then sprinkle some chopped coriander leaf, gratedcoconut and some pomegranates
