  2. 1/4-1/2 teaspoonSalt
  3. 1 cupGlutinous Rice Flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Fine chop moli into fine snowflake pieces

    Add rice flour and make sure it is not too soggy, so put a little bit more if it is too wet. should firm

    Add a little oil, cook on low heat till golden on both sides, can make roughly 9 pcs
