Ak bowl me dahi ko bett karlen or 1 cup milk dal kar mix karen phr 1 tbsp dahi phulki masala or 1 tsp salt dal kar mix kar lein

Ak pan me 4 glass pani dal kar 1 mint hight heat par garam karen

Ak karahi me 3 cup oil dal kar garam karen or small phulkiyan golden fry karen or nikal kar pani wale pan me dalen 30 second baad nikal kar hath se daba kar dahi me dal dein

Serving dish me nikal kar phulki masala dal kar serve karen
