In a large kadai take water.add cumin,oil, a pinch baking soda and salt.mix well and get water to boil for 2 minutes.

Add rice flour and stir well and cook on a medium flame for 3 - 4 minutes.
stir continuously until the rice flour absorbs all the water.break the lumps and form a soft and fluffy mixture. - 3
Cool slightly divide the mixture into 6 equal pieces.

Take a baking tray with aluminum foil paper or baking parchment paper and spray oil. Take small portions of dough. Flatten it on the tray with chapati fuller or fingers into small disc shape, Do the same for rest of the dough.

Spread some pizza sauce on all the pizzette add all colors capsicums, zucchini, and Mozzarella. Sprinkle salt, origan, black pepper powder and olive oil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celcius for 4-5 minutes or till the cheese melts.

Remove the khichu pizzette and serve immediately.
