  • 1.grated carrot, hoho en dania chopped
  • 4 piecesladyfingers
  • piecesBig onion cut into small
  • 4 piecesgarlic

    Prepare everything fitst

    Add meat when the badenda are cooked

    Add tomatoes en salt

    Add 1teaspoon of vinegar to reduce the slippery of the madenda

    When the tomato are ready add the veggies

    Then add carrot, hoho, en dania

    Stir well well cover for 3 minutes your veggies are ready serve with ugali or chapati
