Prepare everything fitst

Fry the onion in hot oil add garlic

Add badenda (ladyfinger) en cook for 3 minutes

Add meat when the badenda are cooked

Add tomatoes en salt

Add 1teaspoon of vinegar to reduce the slippery of the madenda

When the tomato are ready add the veggies

Then add carrot, hoho, en dania

Stir well well cover for 3 minutes your veggies are ready serve with ugali or chapati
