Ingredients

  1. 2corns
  2. 1 tspSalt
  3. 1 tspChaat masala
  4. 1 tspRed chilli
  5. 1 tspRoasted jeera
  6. 1 tspYellow chilli powder
  7. 1lemon

Cooking Instructions

    On a medium gas roast the corns.

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix all spices like salt, red chilli, yellow chilli, roasted jeera, salt.

    Cut lemon slice into half and dip in spices.

  4. 4

    Apply masala on corn with lemon.

  5. 5

    Serve with little pomo pearls and coriander on top.
