My neighbor gave me a pineapple this morning. A lot of food can create from pineapple, sometimes i just peel, cut, and eat it directly, but i imagine it will nice to create to be Asinan Nanas, which have spicy sweet salty and shrink at the same time.

1big pineapple
600 mlwater

1 tspsea salt (not full)
1/2 tspvinegar (5 tears)

Steps

Peel off pineapple, and cut into triangel shape.

Prepare the ingredient. Mashed chilli in mortar.

Pour water in pan, add mashed chilli, sugar, and salt. Stir and boil until boiling. Let it cool. Add vinegar.

Pour pineapple and let it cool in fridge. It nice to eat when it cool.
