Ingredients

  •  Boiled Soya
  •  Chopped Onion
  •  Corn Flour
  • Leaves Coriander
  •  Boiled Potato
  •  Garlic
  •  Turmeric
  •  Red Chili Powder
  •  Salt
  •  Chopped Green Chili
  •  Ginger
  •  Pencil

Steps

     Grind chopped onion, chopped green chili, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and soyabean in a grinder.
     Add coriander leaves, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, corn flour, chopped onion and boiled potato into the mash and mix it properly and evenly.
     Now, stick the batter in the shape of kababs on pencil.
     Take a frying pan and pour some oil and heat it on medium flame.
     Now, put kabab in the hot oil and fry till it becomes golden brown.
