Ingredients

2 people
  1. 1 1/2 cupsbrown rice
  2. 150 gcoconut flakes
  3. Lamb stew
  4. 500 guncooked lamb
  5. 100 gbaby potatoes
  6. 1 teaspoonflour
  7. 1/2mutton stock cube
  8. 1/2chopped onion
  9. 1 teaspooncumin,paprika,turmeric, six gun spice,steak and chops spice
  10. 1 tablespoontomato paste
  11. 2 tablespoonsolive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil brown rice for 40 minutes or until fully cooked then cool on the side.

    Dust the lamb with plain flour. Then put in a hot pan with olive oil and brown for 5 minutes then add your onion then fry for an additional 5 minutes

    Add your spices and tomato paste then mix till fully incorporated

  4. 4

    Add 1/2 stock cube in a cup of hot water then halve the baby potatoes and mix in the lamb. Allow that to cook for 30 minutes

  5. 5

    Add 5-6 leaves of mint and simmer for an extra 2 minutes

  6. 6

    Then serve.
