Ingredients

  • 500 gmsPaneer
  • 1Capsicum green
  • 1each bell peppers (red, yellow) optional
  • 1 inchGinger
  • 8-10Garlic cloves
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1-2 tspChilli sauce
  • 2-3 tspsSoy sauce
  • 2 tspTomato sauce
  • 1-2 tspsVinegar
  • 2 tspsCorn flour
  • 3-4 tspsSesame seeds
  • 3-4 tbspPlain flour
  • As requiredOil for fry
  • 2-3Onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the paneer into cubes. Keep aside

  2. 2

    Cut the onion and capsicum into wedges, finely chop ginger garlic and make a paste.

  3. 3

    Now dissolve plain flour with water and make a thick slurry or batter. Make sure no lumps are there.

  4. 4

    Now add salt and pepper into batter and mix well.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan and fry paneer cubes in hot oil in batches till golden brown. Keep aside

  6. 6

    Now take another pan and add oil, add ginger garlic paste cook until golden add capsicum wedges, let cook add onion wedges.mix well and let cook further for 2-3 mins

  7. 7

    Now add salt pepper and above mentioned spices and sauces.

  8. 8

    Dissolve corn flour with water and add to spices, keep stirring so that no lumps are there.

  9. 9

    Add the fried paneer cubes and mix well, garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot with ketchup.
