Soak urad and moong Daal for four hours then drain excess water and grind it to a smooth paste. Add salt and hing powder. Mix well.

Heat oil in a karahi. Put Dal pithi in karachi with the help of spoon in shape of small balls. Fry till golden brown colour. Remove in a plate.

Now Boil water in a separate pan and put Bhalla into the water and soak for 10 minutes. Squeeze Bhalla and remove the water with the help of your palms.

Take a serving bowl put Bhallas and semolina papdi, boiled potatoes and chickpea. Pour tamarind and green chutney and curd. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over it and Serve.
