  • 1Chicken Thigh (diced)
  • Onion & garlic (thinly sliced) Sake
  • Peanut oil
  • salt
  • “Sazon” from Goya

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat Peanut oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Saute the Onion & Galic until browned, Add Chicken Thigh Cook for 2 minutes. Then, add Seafoods, Sake, Sazon & Salt, Cover and cook in the pan for about 10 minutes.
