Aaloo kay parathay is my kids favourite meal with garlic and zeera raita. Time to time making twist in parathas so everyone could enjoy more.

Wash and boil potatoes with skin.

When potatoes are completely boiled peel the skin and mash with a masher.

Add salt, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, green chilli, zeera, chicken powder,dhania and fresh dhania and podina in mashed potatoes.

Knead atta with salt, soji,water and oil. Cover it with samp cloth or keep in airtight box and refrigerate for 1/2 an hour.

Now make small peraas. Roll them like roti. Cut like shown in the picture.over lap each piece.

Now again make paira with this.

Take two pairaas and roll it and fill the centre with aaloo paste in one side and cove with other one.

You can make these parathay with or without filling too and enjoy with tea.

Before cooking apply ghee and fresh dhania on paratha and cook from both side. Enjoy with zeera and garlic raita or fresh homemade dahi. If you like cut the centre with the cutter.
