In a pan heat Ghee and add Lauki and turn flame high to low.

Now add khoya and cover and cook for 10 minutes until water is completely finished.

Now add barfi in a bowl for set.and add dry fruits

10 minutes on room temperature and then freeze for 10 minutes.
