This is hindustani's special shami kababs must try and enjoy..
Steps

At first add mince in a pressure cooker

Then add washed daal Chana, round red chillies, Shan shami kabab masala and bhuna masala

Then add g. gpaste, sabut garam masala and salt then let it cook for few hours until it was tenderize

Then put in chopper and chop

Now add chopped onion

Corriender, mint, chopped green chillies roasted cumin and simple cumin... Beside this add cornflour in egg and beat it well

Then add it in the batter of kababs and mix then make kababs and freeze them
- 8
Then shallow fry them and serve...
