Take a bowl,add flour,milk powder,sugar,yeast and salt.Then add oil and butter and egg,mix all together.Now add all the milk and start kneading together. And gradually add the water a little at a time.

You might not need it at all,so add it sparingly until your dough is nice and soft.knead it for 8-10min.The more you knead it the more softer the buns will be,cover and keep it in a warm place for proofing the dough.

When it doubled in size punch it down.in your work area dust some flour and spread your dough with the help of a rolling pin with a half inch thickness.

Cut it into sized pieces,in each piece put cheese in the centre and stretch the dough a little and fold it and form it into a small ball shape.

While doing this you get equal sized breads and the process will be simple too.

Grease your pan with butter,place the balls of dough in a honey comb pattern.cover and keep in warm place,After second proofing, preheat oven to 180 degree.Apply egg wash on the balls and bake for about 20-25min or until the bread is nice and golden on top.

When they are ready,remove from the oven and let them to cool,after they cool transfer them on a plate without breaking them now pour the condensed milk on top. ENJOY😋😋
