Grate the lotus stems and potatoes....add 2 tbsp of bread crumbs or roasted chana dal powder.....

Mix all the above ingredients in the potato and lotus Stem mash and mix properly.

Take one portion in your hands...make a hole in between and add 3-4 kishmish and roll again in your desired shape.

Now fry them in oil on medium flame till done. Serve hot with mint and Coriander chutney.

The kebabs are ready to be served.
