Ingredients

  • 3Potatoes..boiled and peeled
  • 2lotus stems...washed, peeled and boiled with potatoes
  • 2 tbspbread crumbs or chana dal powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 TSPred chilli powder
  • 1 TSPanardana powder
  • 1 TSPchat masala powder
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander
  • 2green chillies chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate the lotus stems and potatoes....add 2 tbsp of bread crumbs or roasted chana dal powder.....

  2. 2

    Mix all the above ingredients in the potato and lotus Stem mash and mix properly.

  3. 3

    Take one portion in your hands...make a hole in between and add 3-4 kishmish and roll again in your desired shape.

  4. 4

    Now fry them in oil on medium flame till done. Serve hot with mint and Coriander chutney.

  5. 5

    The kebabs are ready to be served.
