Take a mixing bowl put flour,salt and oil rub and add water make a dough keep aside.

Take a dal wash and cook in pressure cooker add salt and turmeric.

Take a wok put oil then oil heat add hing, jeera splutter then add garlic saute add onion and ginger saute.

Then add red chilli,garam masala and tomato add saute then oil separate add cooked dal.

Take a dough make a ball roll and cut in cookie-cutter put dokli in dal cook for 5 minutes after 5 minutes add lemon juice.

Serve hot dal dokli garnished with clarified butter.
