Separate egg white and yolk. Beat white till fluffy. Add sugar in yolk and beat till it turns creamy. Add milk beat again. Add white and beat.

Seive all dry ingredients 3times. Add little at a time in egg mixture and fold.Grease pan put cake mixture in it.

Pre heat pateela with stand. Put cake mould on stand and cover the lid and cook on slow flame for 30-35min. Check after 35 min. If cake done put off flame and cool down cake on room temperature

Cut cake in 2pieces. Put pineapple syrup over cake put beated cream over it put chunks of pineapple. Put another piece of cake over it.

Put pineapple syrup then cream all over cake decorate with pineapple, chocolate sauce and chocolate chip.
