Take steamer add water to boil, take plate apply oil and keep ready.

Take a bowl add 1 bowl semolina, put curd mix well keep aside for 10 min, do same with the left bowl semolina, after 10 mins add salt n mix, adjust consistency with water. Add eno mix well pour in greased plate n apply sesame seeds on top after that put in steamer for 10 mins. Same with the other bowl also.

Dhokla is ready.let it cool down..

Take a pot place it on stove put oil in it, let it be hot, add jeera n mashed potatoes add chopped coriander leaves, dabeli masala, lemon juice, sugar mix it well, let it cook for 2 mins. Masala is ready Ilet it cool down.

Take 1 dhokla apply garlic, tamarind chutney as per your taste, apply dabeli masala, put masala peanut on top, put another dhokla on top apply both chutney, masala, masala peanut, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves n last put tutti-frutti n serve.

Ready dabeli dhokla, you can make morning and serve in the evening.
