For mutton kobiragi, take keema and add onions, red chilli powder, salt and pepper, green chilli, coriander leaves and bread crumbs.

Now prepare the batter of eggs and gram flour. Mix well without any lumps.

Now take a portion and shape it in like kebab and dip it in a gram flour and egg mixture and deep fry.

Let 3 or 4 kebabs fry like this together and add some egg and gram flour batter over the kebabs while they are frying.
