  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupmaida
  3. 2 tspghee
  4. As neededoil for frying

    Make soft dough with flour and salt and ghee.

    Roll thin puri like papad, make hole with fork.

    Deep fry all pakwan.
