First take the chicken pieces in a bowl and marinate it with all the spices salt, turmeric, jeera powder, chicken masala, garam masala, and also with egg, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, cornflour.

Keep the marination for 2 to 3 hours.

Then fry all the chicken pieces and keep it aside.

Then in a pan give 2 tablespoon of oil and saute capcium and onion piece and finely chopped garlic pieces with soya sauce and salt when the onion and capcium pieces becomes soft then add the chicken fried pieces and mix together at last add tomato sauce and mix, cover the lid and keep it for 2 to 3 mins

Then off the flame and it is ready to serve. Garnish with ginger juliance

Chilli chicken is ready to serve.
