Steps

Peel off the skin of the bottle gourd and cut it in thin circular pieces. Keep it aside

Make a thick paste of besan, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and cumin powder(as per your liking), the paste should not be runny it should be thick.

Heat oil in a frying pan and once it is hot enough, cover the thinly sliced lauki in besan paste and fry it until golden. Sprinkle some chaat masala on it once you’ve done the playing.

Serve hot with chutney or sauce
