Ingredients

  1. 5-6potatoes
  2. 1 cuppoha (flattened rice)
  3. 1 and 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
  4. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  5. 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tbspchilli powder
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. FewGreen chillies
  9. as requiredCoriander leaves
  10. as requiredOil
  11. forslurry
  12. 1 tbspMaida
  13. 1 tbspCornflour
  14. as requiredwater
  15. as requiredBread crumbs for coating
  16. 2-3Cheese cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the potatoes and boil them. Mash them and add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and mix well.

    In a bowl take poha(flattened rice) wash them. Do not over wash. Add them to the mashed potato mixture.

    Add chopped green chillies, coriander leaves to it and mix.

  4. 4

    Grate 2-3 cheese cubes in the mixture. And mix properly.

    In a pan take oil for frying.

  6. 6

    Make round shape cutlet and dip it in a mixture of cornflour, maida and water.

  7. 7

    Coat it with bread crumbs and fry them till it turns little brown in colour.

    Take them out. Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
