  • 8-9 french beans
  • 1onion
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tspcoriander leaves
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspred pepper powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 2 tbspcurd
  • as neededOil to deep fry

    Beat the curd mixing half cup water and add in poha.Soak poha in curd for 5 minutes.

    Meanwhile grated boiled potatoes and carrot.Add these in poha along with chopped onion and French beans.

    Add salt and pepper powder. Mix well

    Now make desired shape of cutlets.

    Deep fry till golden and crispy.
