Ingredients

  1. 4medium size potatoes(boiled & mash)
  2. 1/2 cupfrozen peas
  3. 100 gmpaneer
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  7. 1/2 tspchat masala
  8. 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  9. 2-3green chilli chopped
  10. 1/2 tspchicken masala (optional)
  11. 1 Handfulchopped coriander leaves
  12. 1 cupbread crumbs
  13. 3 tbso maida
  14. 1 tbspCornflour
  15. 1 tbspCornflour
  16. As neededOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes and add green peas and add all dry masala.now add paneer and mix well. And make cutlet as ur desire shape.

    In a bowl put maida and cornflour add some water to make a thin batter.add 1/2tsp salt

  3. 3

    Take the cutlet and dip into maida batter with the help of spoon or fork and coated with bread crumbs.like this ready all the cutlet.

    Now in a kadhai heat the oil and fry all the cutlet on high flame.serve with green chutni.
