Most famous Pakistani Traditional Dessert Kheer.. kheer always give me an alluring tinge that melts in mouth with each bite...😋specially when it's cooked by me, It's most favourite dish of our family, bding a lahori our family is food lovers and have to eat some traditional and cultural dish a big heat, and cook in large quantity because my family love to have it. It's not at all an easiest and quickest recipe, but yes worth the efforts in last.

Cooking Instructions

Boil milk let it evaporate on low to medium flame till it's left half and colour is completely changed.

Boil rice separately and add in milk, cook for aprox 1 hr on low flame, stirring continuesly but gently, make sure not to scratch bottom of your pot or it will spoil the taste.

Add Kajo, Almonds, Sugar and cardamom powder. Cook another 15-20 mints, stiring continuesly.

Pour it in serving dish and cool it down. Flavorful Khoya kheer is ready.
