Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsor more Yasmin rice
  2. 1 litermilk, full fat
  3. 5 tablespoonBrown sugar
  4. 2 tablespoonCardemom powder
  5. 1 tablespoonrosewater
  6. Saffron
  7. Pistachio nuts, crushed

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put rice in blender and grind it. 30 seconds is enough otherwise it's going to be rice flour and that it not what you want.

  2. 2

    Milk and rice in a big pan and cook it on medium heat. Than add Rose water, saffron, cardemom powder and sugar in the pan. Cook rice through and if the mixture is too thick than add a little bit of water not milk.

    At the end add pistachio and than your done. Enjoy!
