Maash Daal Parathay

Maash Daal Parathay is a unique twist of parathas and are very light and delicious. My mom introduced this recipe since i was unmarried. Now my kids love this paratha with mint and garlic chutney and raita. It has an amazing combo with mangoes or you can enjoy mango salass too.

Maash Daal Parathay is a unique twist of parathas and are very light and delicious. My mom introduced this recipe since i was unmarried. Now my kids love this paratha with mint and garlic chutney and raita. It has an amazing combo with mangoes or you can enjoy mango salass too.
Steps

Wash and soak daal maash for 1/2 an hour.

Cook daal in little water with salt, red chilli powder, haldi and garlic ginger paste.

Take chakki ka atta add salt, red chilli powder, zeera, dhania, chopped green chillies, oil, fresh chopped dhania and cooked maash daal.

Knead atta like we did for rotis.

Make Parathay, don’t add oil in between while making parathay. Just apply little on it.

Serve with mint chutney.

For raita Take yogurt, green chillies, salt, zeera and garlic cloves and blend it.
