Rice with Mexican flavours

Cut all the veggies and keep aside.

Peel and crush garlic pieces.

Take a kadai and add oil and as it gets heated add crushed garlic and saute for 2 mins. Then add finely chopped onion.Saute for 3-4 mins.

Now add all veggies and saute for 2 mins.

Now add oregano, mixed herbs, tomato ketchup, chilli flakes and salt.Mix everything well.

Now add the boiled rice and give it a quick mix. Your yummy rice is ready.
