Steps

Take curd and cream in a deep bowl, whisk well and keep aside

Take needed water in a kadhai, add garlic paste and turmeric and mix and allow to boil

When boil in water add chicken and salt and mix well

Add chopped tomato and chopped green chillies, mix and cover and left to cook for 10 minutes

Add oil, red chilli powder, corriender powder and mix and cook to pleasant smell

Now add garam masala and cook for till oil and gravy separate

Now add mix cream and curd mixture mix,now add chopped green chillies, jilien ginger and chopped corriender saute and cook on low flame till oil separate

When done it's done garnish with some julien ginger,fresh corriender and pour some fresh cream over the top

Now Kadhai Chicken is ready to serve.
