Ingredients

  1. 600 gmChicken
  2. 1/2 cuphung curd
  3. 1/4 cupcream
  4. 1 tbspgarlic paste
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 2medium size chopped tomato
  7. 3green chillies nicely chopped
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspcorreinder powder
  10. 3/4 tspgaram masala powder
  11. 2 tbspchopped fresh chopped corrinder
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1 inchginger julien
  14. 1/2 cupoil
  15. as neededjulien ginger for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Take curd and cream in a deep bowl, whisk well and keep aside

  2. 2

    Take needed water in a kadhai, add garlic paste and turmeric and mix and allow to boil

  3. 3

    When boil in water add chicken and salt and mix well

  4. 4

    Add chopped tomato and chopped green chillies, mix and cover and left to cook for 10 minutes

  5. 5

    Add oil, red chilli powder, corriender powder and mix and cook to pleasant smell

  6. 6

    Now add garam masala and cook for till oil and gravy separate

  7. 7

    Now add mix cream and curd mixture mix,now add chopped green chillies, jilien ginger and chopped corriender saute and cook on low flame till oil separate

  8. 8

    When done it's done garnish with some julien ginger,fresh corriender and pour some fresh cream over the top

  9. 9

    Now Kadhai Chicken is ready to serve.
