Ingredients

  1. 500 gmchicken
  2. 2large chopped onion
  3. 1/2 cupchopped tomatoes
  4. 7-8 piecegarlic
  5. 2 tbspchopped ginger
  6. 3-4green chilli
  7. 1 tspcumin powder
  8. 1 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 3 tbspbutter
  11. 1 tbspoil
  12. 7-8 piecekaju
  13. 2 tbspplain curd
  14. 1 tbspsugar
  15. 1 tspturmeric powder
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. 2 tbspfresh cream
  18. 1 tbspvinegar
  19. 2cloves
  20. 2cardamom
  21. 1 stickcinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric, chilli and vinegar for 1hour. Take a kadhai heat 1tbsp oil add onion and saute until it turns golden add ginger, garlic,kaju,chilli and tomatoes. Saute together. Take another kadhai add 1tbsp butter add chicken and cook until it turns golden.keep aside.In a mixture grinders take onion mixture and make a smooth paste.

    Take a kadhai add 1tbsp oil and 2tbsp butter add garam masala. Then add masala paste and all spices. mix well and stir constantly add curd, salt and sugar. Then add chicken and mix well. Add some warm water and cover it. Cook for 10 minutes. Last add cream and 1tsp butter.
