Okura dressed with grated Japanese radish

Ingredients

  1. 6okra
  2. 5 cmDaikon(Japanese radish)
  3. a
  4. 2 tspsoy sauce with rice malt
  5. 2 tsprice vinegar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sprinkle salt on okra and rub on cutting board
    Boil the okra for about a minute, raise it to cool,
    Cut to 5mm width

    Mix A in a bowl

  3. 3

    Grate the radish

  4. 4

    Place okra on a plate and put the radish grated with lightly drained water.
    Complete with A
