Wash &soak the sagudana 2hours.Take a griender jar ap handful soaked sagu griend to make a paste.soak the saffron with 1tbsp warm milk.Hai eat a pan add 1tbsp ghee.

Add cadamom&chhoped dryfruits roast 30 second's.A dd milk.When ever milk boils add soak sagudana mix it well.

Cooked sagudana till it's becomes soften.A dd the griended sagudana another 5 mints to comes a creamy textures.Off the flame.T ake a pan add 1tbsp water & jaggery melt it.Pour the jaggery mixture mix well.

Mix saffron milk mix it well.Sagodana kheer is ready to serve.C ool it &serve it.It is a best food for fasting.
