Beneficial turnips dish

Mostly in our home children don't like to eat turnips ..... So I'm sharing a simple and yummmmmmmmm recipe that children can enjoy too ......
Turnip are loaded with vitamins and fibers ..... magnesium .. calcium ....iron....all B + and many more which r too much beneficial for our health ....and omega 3 specially too much compulsory for women ....
So b ready to prepare healthy and simple turnip recipe .....

Steps

Peel.wash and cut the turnips into cubed.... cutting is important in cooking... it's make your dish more appealing.....so cut the turnips in cubes....

Now in a pan take oil....and turn on flame....on slow flame add in curry leaves.. Cumin seeds and Black cardemom......and fry for 30 seconds

After 30 seconds add turnips and leave with open lid for 5 to 7 minutes.... until like fried potatoes or light brown.....

Now add all spices and sliced chillies and tomatoes.....fry for a minute then leave on dam again for 5 to 7 minutes (I've added little more turmeric powder..it gives good colour to veggies and has too much benefits) I've added half tsp turmeric powder....

After 5 or 7 minutes... turnips will be tender.... bhoonofy it until oil separate from masala from sides........now yumm turnips are ready..... garnish with fresh coriander....and can b serve with chapati or rice too...
