Cabbage Manchurian Tacos:

In a bowl, mix in all the ingredients and make sure it forms a ball, you can add some plain flour or gram flour for the binding.

Add oil in a heavy-bottomed pan make sure it’s hot and deep fry these cabbage mix balls. fry till golden brown on all the sides. Transfer it and keep aside.

To make the Manchurian: In a pan, add oil, onions, chillies, ginger-garlic paste and mix well add in shredded cabbages and saute well. Now add in the hot and sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and mix well.
Add in the prepared cabbage crispy fried balls into it and toss well. Add some cilantro. - 4
For the tacos/ Tortillas: In a bowl, add in flour, oil, water, salt combine together to form a dough and cover with a damp cloth. Leave it for 30 mins.
Remove the dough and divide it into small portions and roll them out. First fry these tortillas on both the sides for 1 minute, repeat the same for the rest and store them in an airtight container. After 30 mins again pan fry these tortillas on both the sides till brown. - 5
To assemble them : Place the taco’s top it with the prepared cabbage Manchurian and add some extra onions and some cilantro.
