Heat pan add oil,add tadka once mustard seeds crackle,fry dried red chilies,urad dal,hing and curry leaves.

Add green gram sprouts,salt to taste and 2 tbsp water.Cover and cook for 2 – 3 minutes on slow flame with lid covered.

Finally add grated coconut.Cook for a minute until moisture evaporates completely,switch off garnish with coriander leaves.
