Steps

Make a paste of the ingredients given (expect ghee, paneer, jeera and salt)

Grill the paneer in a sandwich maker or a griller (do apply some oil in the maker)

1 tablespoon ghee in a pan and add Cumin seeds. After crackling add the paste made in step 1. Add the grilled paneer. Stir for 2 mins in medium flame.

Garnish with aaloo lacha
