Ingredients

  • 10Small prawns
  • 2Potato
  • 2Brinjal
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspJeera powder
  • as neededOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1Bay leaves
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • 1Green chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Firsly fry the prawns and also fry the potatoes and brinjals and keep it aside

  2. 2

    Heat a pan give some oil and then give the bay leaves and add the masalas fry for sometime and add potatoes and brinjals

  3. 3

    Then fry them for sometime add the prawns.. add water cook for sometime and it's done
