Ingredients

  • 1 cupWheat flour
  • 1 cupAll purpose flour
  • 2 tspRice flour
  • 1/2 tspSugar
  • 1 cupCurd
  • 1 cupWater
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 4Chopped green chillis
  • 2Chopped onions
  • 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1 tspGinger grated
  • 250 mlCooking oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, onion, ginger, chillis, pepper powder, curd along with water. Allow to set for 2 hours.

    Heat the oil in kadai, make golis from batter dough, leave them in oil for deep frying till the are crispy on sim heat. Take out from oil and serve with green chutney.
